Hiding in Wait

Another image from Hamilton: this time, it’s a GO train, and to me with its green matching the trees, it seemed like a creature hiding, waiting to pounce.

At the GO station

On the way back from Hamilton I had a moment to take this while our GO train pulled into the station. The original  negative is square format, but I ended up cropping the final image.

Morning Light

From my recent weekend in Hamilton. Walking around the downtown core around 8 am I loved seeing how the morning light lit up old buildings such as this one.

A Colourful City

Hamilton, Ontario is still saddled (unfairly in my opinion) with the reputation of being a gritty and unattractive city. I think the opposite is true: it is a city of fascinating architecture and splashes of colour, even in the most mundane items.
